2013 – Nov 30th Club Members: You’re invited!

Southern Maryland Dirt Riders
Christmas Party
When:  November 30th, doors open at 6:00 PM
Where:  The La Plata FOP Lodge, 10285 Rosewick Rd, La Plata, MD  20646
Come out and enjoy an evening with good friends during the holiday season.  The SMDR board will provide the meat, plates, utensils, and drinks.  Side dishes and deserts will be pot luck. So, if your last name ends with A-M bring a side dish, if you last name begins with N-Z bring a desert to share.   Do bring a serving utensil for your dish.
This year’s party includes:
+  A rolling presentation of past SMDR events.  If you have pictures you would like included, send them to George at gvincent@scaffoldresource.com .
+  Door prizes
+  A DJ to get our party rolling
+ 50/50 raffle to support the privateer fund
+  Various auctions including articles from your favorite Pro-MX riders
We are still collecting for the Center for Children, so bring an unwrapped toy donation with you to the party. Even if you donated already, let us overwhelm them with our generosity!

SMDR Events

2013 – November 9/10 BC ride

SMDR Members,

If you’re not planning on going to Durhamtown with us this weekend we have our club exclusive club ride make-up (from the cancelled spring Budds ride) ride. It is this Saturday and Sunday November 9th and 10th at Budds Creek MX Park. As always, riding will begin at 9:00 AM and conclude at 5:00 PM on both days. If you haven’t done a workday, don’t plan on coming.

We also have our second annual Durhamtown trip this weekend. Most of us are leaving on Friday morning 11/8 and driving down to Union Point GA for some great riding. We’ll drive home on 11/11. There are about 15 club members and friends of members going. Send me an e-mail if you’re going or have questions about going.
